Our Vision, Culture and Values

The Vision of EWPA

Our vision reflects our aspirations for every member of our school community. Our school is a place where children are supported to achieve their very best. Every member of staff in our school community nurtures and cares for every child and their wider family. We strive to instill a sense of belonging for all.

Irrespective of when a child joins EWPA, our vision remains the same:

An EWPA child is resilient, excited by learning and not afraid to take risks and make mistakes. They understand that feedback helps them to grow as learners and actively seek it for themselves. Our children understand that they are responsible for their own learning but also understand the role they play in helping others to learn alongside them. They learn who they are as learners as well as who they are as members of the community and wider world. They understand the importance of good physical and mental health in order to become actively self aware and successful on their life's journey
